    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 2 of the Bill be amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefore with the following new paragraph- (b) by deleting the definition “manager” and substituting therefore the following new definition- “manager”, means a person appointed by the proprietor with the approval of the Cabinet Secretary to coordinate and oversee the implementation of education policies and guidelines in an institution of basic education and training and may perform delegated teacher management functions."
