However, you can only move under Standing Order No.1 where it is not provided for. In this case, Standing Order No. 136 provides that:- “In considering a Bill in the Committee of the Whole, the various parts thereof shall be considered in the following sequence- (a) clauses printed, excluding the clause providing for the citation of the Bill, the commencement, if any, and the interpretation; (b) new clause; (c) schedules; (d) new schedules; (e) interpretation; The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
