I want to bring to your attention as you give direction on that particular Order that The Physical Planning Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 46 of 2015) is one of the Bills that ought to have been passed by 27th August, 2016. So, it is an urgent Bill and I have received a lot of pressure from the relevant Ministry because it will streamline the sector of physical planning. There isalot confusion especially after devolution. I wanted to plead with you and the Committee that you expedite the finalization of this Bill. I have enough letters reminding us to process this Bill and we are way beyond the constitutional deadline."
