"content": "THAT, this House considers the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on the Parliamentary Service (Senate Monitoring and Evaluation) (Procedure for Management of Funds) Regulations, 2016, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, October 27, 2016, and pursuant to the provisions of sections 18 & 19 of the Statutory Instruments Act, 2013 and Standing Order No. 210(4)(b), resolves to annul the Regulations entirely."
