    "content": "Part VI contains miscellaneous provisions. It gives courts power to revise an order made by a judicial officer and review it on its own. The schedule specifies the times. It is a small Bill and it is good for the country because of the fundamental principles found in the Bill of Rights where citizens, journalists or any member of the public can enjoy the freedoms of conscience, expression, assembly, association and political participation which are inherent in our Constitution and, at the same time, avoid contempt of court."
