A case in hand is in my constituency where over the years, we have been trying to get a site for a technical training institute which is supposed to serve the entire Kirinyaga County. But any time there is an attempt to start the process, a busy body goes to court and says that he has an interest in it. It is as easy as that because the court just issues an injunction and if one goes against, it is treated as contempt of court."
