    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity to convey my condolences to the family of Hon. Otuoma as a Member of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) and being the Deputy Chair of our party. I would like to convey my heartfelt condolences. I may not understand the level of the loss, but I know it is a great loss to lose a child more so a son in the African set up. So, we join him and we want to urge all Members to support him during this difficult time."
