    "content": "Dr. Otuoma is a Member of my Committee, the PIC. Since 2008 when I first interacted with him when he was the Minister for Youth and later the Minister for Local Government, we nicknamed him “The-ever-happy-Minister.” Right now, those of us who have been privileged to be his colleagues in the PIC, have appreciated that he is one Member who is highly skilled, ever patient and always willing to interact and appreciate not only the presence of his colleagues but also the contributions of every Member in that Committee. To that extent, I want to say that whatever has befallen him has befallen all of us."
