    "content": "There was also a concern in the Committee with regard to the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government. There is an attempt to militarise that authority. The head of Immigration Department, the Cabinet Secretary and now the Chair of NACADA are all retired military officers. We have people in other departments who can serve in those positions. I am not watering down the capability and the capacity of that retired military officer. I am just saying that we can look elsewhere other than the military. We also need to try the civilians and people from other sectors of Government."
