Kapondi, Member of Parliament for Mount Elgon stood on a point of order seeking a Ministerial Statement on ethnic profiling and indiscriminate swoops on members of Somali community in Eastleigh and South C Nairobi. In the statement, he wanted a clarification on whether the Government has embarked on profiling of persons of Somali ethnic group in Eastleigh."
