Billow’s information may be right but the voting majority in the National Assembly, the so called “tyranny of numbers” coined by a man who has now disappeared from the national stage because of probity, is with Jubilee. Billow, I could see the horror on his face when the statement was brought that a governor has wired Kshs314 million which is public money to an account of a girl. What we are saying is that we want to enable the Senator for Bomet County to go and find out what is happening. We want to enable the Senator for Kakamega County to go and check why a governor would put Kshs1 billion in a stadium and as soon as they finish welding, it all comes down. We want to enable the Senator for Tharaka-Nithi County to go and check why his governor starts naming streets at night.
