Is he in order to mislead the country when the country knows very well that the county assemblies of Jubilee have done a sterling job? All the impeachments that have taken place in this House are from the Jubilee county assemblies. It is time Sen. Wetangula, hon. Musyoka and hon. Odinga also demonstrated that their governors will not continue holding their Members of County Assemblies (MCAs) captive. Is he in order to mislead the House?"
