This will draw a clear line between Members of Parliament (MPs) or the people in leadership who are entrusted with public funds to construct roads in this country. As it is now, it is confusing whereby you cannot understand who is to be held accountable for which road. When doing monitoring and evaluation in your oversight role as a Senator, you do not know who to hold accountable for a particular road.
