"content": "I would like the Minister to move with speed and have this done. I have been in some of these boards. When it comes to contribution, that is where we have problems. Out of the seven members of the board, two positions have not been filled and they are supposed to be occupied by professionals because the others are civil servants who are representatives of Permanent Secretaries. So, the technocrats who should run the Board are the seven members. Out of those seven members, he has not appointed two members. One of them has passed away. In such a board, you will find only one person or two people contributing all the time. This means that there is no variety. I want to support the Report and urge the Minister to move with speed to have the appointments done properly. In future, they should consider advertising the positions in the Press."
