    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I rise on a point of order because the Petition for which the Report was to be laid on the table today is with regard to delayed issuance of citizenship. This is a matter of serious concern to many people. It has been going on for a very long time and I do not see any action being taken by the Committee. It is of deep concern to me.
