    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I am rising on a point of order in connection to a ruling you made three weeks ago regarding a Motion I had introduced in this House to set up a select committee to investigate issues related to genetically modified crops and animals. In your ruling, you said that because the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives had done similar work, it promised to table its Report so that I can look at the Report and see whether it meets the requirement of the select committee I was proposing. Hon. Deputy Speaker, to date, that Report has not been tabled unless that was done in my absence. I would like to know where the Report is and if it has not been tabled, I would like you to make a ruling so that I continue with my Motion. This is because this Motion has been on the Order Paper for the last one-and-a- half years."
