    "content": "Committee proposed by Hon. Ottichilo can take over. From the look of things, this Committee is sleeping on the job. Parliament cannot just look at it as things get worse. This is a serious matter and the Constitution is very clear. We can resolve all the issues. If the Members of the Committee are affected by the Executive, or whatever it is, we can do away with that Committee and pave the way for the select committee proposed by Hon. Ottichilo to take over."
