    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, before I ask my first supplementary question, I would like to invite the Chair to look at the documents that the honourable Minister has tabled. The first document he has tabled purports to be the accounts of the expenditure of Kshs253 million plus. If you look at that document--- From the little time I have served on the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), I am aware that a document of the Government representing expenditure is not packaged the way he has packaged this one. For all one would care to say is that this might as well have been done on somebody’s desktop computer and brought to the House."
