    "content": "It is important that we have a law like this in place which can help us to deal with such an issue in an orderly manner because it is delicate since it is dealing with human beings. The other problem we have in this country is that we are very young. We have been opening up our markets to other countries like China without putting adequate laws in place. That is why we are getting substandard services and goods from those countries. So, we need a law like this to control that."
