    "content": "In the interest of the other Members, I wish to support the Bill and encourage many Members to come with amendments. I also wish to congratulate the author, Hon. Agostinho Neto, for working round the clock to ensure that this Act is repealed. It is not easy to repeal an Act of Parliament. We are all in agreement with all the arguments he forwarded to the Committee."
