"content": "I withdraw. He is going to have a problem. In supporting this Bill, I want to thank Hon. Neto for having done a lot of research on it. There are quite a number of provisions which are well researched and they are going to help this country to move forward. I am looking at what he has proposed and most of them have been supported here. One of the most important things to note - and I want to correct my brother, Hon. Kamama - is that we are all candidates of being refugees. This country had a problem and we had to go out there where we were welcomed. As much as we are saying that we had good teachers from Uganda, we have good people even from Somalia. We have to accept professionals from Somalia. Those who have skills should be allowed to work.
