    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. On behalf of the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources, I wish to invite all Members to a talk by Hon. (Dr.) Carlos Rodriguez, former minister for environment and natural resources of Costa Rica and current Vice-President of Conservation International, who will give us a talk on Costa Rica’s experience in doubling their forest cover. As you all know, our Constitution calls for us to have 10 per cent forest cover. Currently, we are at less than five per cent forest cover. I wish to request all Members to join my Committee at the County Hall tomorrow at 7.30 O’clock to 9 O’clock in the morning to learn how Costa Rica has been able to achieve that."
