"content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Motion on the Report from the Departmental Committee on Health. We are moving on well. I want to believe that before long, the Health Bill will be a reality. The Committee has done a good job. We discussed this Bill here, and it was passed overwhelmingly by this House. I also notice that the Senate has made an input and it is quite useful. It is, maybe, trying to remove some ambiguities and make things clearer. Deputy Speaker, another area that I would like to call upon the two parties; that is the national Government and the county governments to cooperate very well revolves around human resource, staff or employees. I note that there are some strikes, demonstrations or go slow from the medical personnel in one county or another nearly every week. This is really destabilising a sector that has already enough problems, for example, corruption and lack of The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
