    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I am actually being very diplomatic. The Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations seems to have a problem where reports have been completed because the information they may have is not be very good. It includes misuse of public funds and cases where people who were supposed to be retired are still working and many of them are doing all sorts of things. That is why some of us in the Committee believe that the report is not being tabled on the Floor of the House."
