Duale rightfully put it, this is an amendment that we did not just discuss at length with the KP and other stakeholders, but at the Committee stage. I would have expected a bit of professional courtesy from the Chair - forgive me for raising it here - to call me to the Committee meeting. This is because an amendment I had moved was being reserved by the President. As Hon. A.B. Duale rightfully put it, there are some parts to this, including the fact that it is not just financial loses that can be incurred."
