    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I agree with what the Leader of the Majority Party has said. The Jubilee Government has taken electricity right to the villages, to grass thatched houses and nyumba za mabati, as its manifesto stipulates. All these have got electricity. This is a timely legislation that is coming into effect to cater for not only financial losses but also loss of life."
