Yesterday, we were not in a position to answer this Question because the Minister for Co-operative Development and Marketing, Mr. Joe Nyagah had written to Parliament and the hon. Member requesting that this Question be postponed until next year. Since the Question appeared on the Order Paper yesterday and we were not able to answer it, I am ready to answer it today."
