    "content": "I fully support this amendment Bill because we are also looking for ways of promoting peace within our borders. My Kuria community needs to be protected from the Maasai Community. The Maasai also need to be protected from the Kuria. We need to coexist in harmony. That can only be achieved if we have a law that criminalises cattle rustling. That can only be achieved if we have a law that also criminalises cattle rustling. Therefore, as soon as yesterday, I support the Penal Code (Amendment) Bill and when it comes again, I will support it."
