    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this important Bill. First and foremost, I would like to congratulate the Committee for having done a good job. Secondly, the Bill is timely. In my constituency, we do not have cattle rustling but there are a few cases of cattle theft. Using the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NGCDF), I have invested in police dogs. I will commission a police unit at Lumakanda that will help me deal with this small menace in my constituency.
