"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I find the answer given by the Chairman of Committee on Health contradictory because he is speaking, as Sen. Hargura said, as the Chairman and as Government. Therefore, he needs not to lament what the Government is doing is an illegality. I want him to clarify who are these doctors posted to work in the counties? Are they the ones that have been trained on a bond by the Ministry and, therefore, the Government is obligated to have them work for Government? Since these services have now been devolved, there is, probably, no alternative. What category or what type of doctors are we talking about? Normally, I know the Government bonds are paid for and they have to go and work somewhere. So, is it that situation or is there any situation where doctors actually get posted?"
