Would the House be in order to applaud a sound and solid decision, like what you have made, by tapping on our benches rather than thumping the ground because the structure of this furniture is such that thumping does not give the effect it requires? I have seen in the Parliament of Tanzania and you saw today when you were addressing the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA), I think they have picked it from that Parliament. Members are allowed to tap their desks in approval and applause of what they think has been done right, like what you have said."
