    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, unfortunately again, we still do not have this Statement. However, you will recall that I shared the progress we have made on this matter with the House. The issue raised by the Chair is exactly what I said. The Statement was directed to our Committee and we channelled to the Attorney General’s Office. However, the Attorney General’s Office informed us that the matter is within the provincial administration and registration of persons, which falls squarely within the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government. They undertook to contact them and transmit the request for the statement. As at now, we have not received it and I still seek the indulgence of the House as we pursue this. I would also request the experienced Chairperson of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations to help us as we pursue this Statement. I am sure that he has better connections and discussions with the Ministry than us in the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights."
