We are now on 29th November, 2016. Asking the Chairperson to bring the answer tomorrow is asking for too much. In fact, he should be feeling your wrath for the inordinate delay in bringing the answer after four weeks instead of two weeks as directed. I request that the answer be brought tomorrow. If the disjointed manner in which he has framed the answer is the issue, we can go and restructure and recast it so that we interrogate this matter fully."
