    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I second the Motion. Allow me to thank you for being soft on us and allowing us to consult even in the process of proceedings. That is the way to go, so that we can make progress. Allow me too to thank the Senate Majority Leader for his humility in accepting whenever he finds that the step taken is not the right one. With that humility that he continuously displays in this House - and I dare say I cannot say the same of his deputy- we are able to make progress."
