(a) The Town Council of Maralal has not returned the parcel of land owned by the Ledero Group Ranch in Ledero Sub-Location as it has not received any Executive Order from the President as claimed by Mr. Letimalo. Ledero Group Ranch is not within the jurisdiction of the Town Council of Maralal. (b) Part “b” of the Question has been answered by the answer to part “a”. (c) The Ministry has directed the council to liaise with the District Commissioner, Samburu District, to resolve the dispute between the Ledero Group and the Ngari Ranch Group."
