    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) The Attorney-General is aware that in Nairobi CMCC No.11002 of 2004, James Kamau Waweru Vs. the Attorney-General, judgment was delivered on 19th October, 2007 and the plaintiff was awarded a sum of Kshs581,500, together with costs and interest of the decretal amount. (b) The plaintiff has not been paid because he has not extracted his bill of costs, neither has he extracted the decree or applied for and obtained a certificate of order against the Government. As soon as the plaintiff has obtained the decree and certificate of order against the Government, arrangements will be made for payment by the relevant Ministry, which, in this case, is the Ministry of Public Works. (c) Ministries are under instructions to settle decrees promptly."
