However, information about their respective constituencies is not currently captured in the KRA database. (b) The criteria used by KRA in recruitment include the following:- One is academic qualifications. Two is professional skills and qualifications. Three is relevant work experience and four, relevant competencies. (c) All Kenyans who qualify have equitable access to KRA as the criterion in part “b” is strictly observed."
