    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the following new clause be inserted immediately after clause 10— Amendment of 10A. Section 34 of the principal Act is amended by inserting section 34 of No. 42 the words “or Letter of Interim Authority” after the word of 2012 “Charter”. Hon. Temporary Chairlady, Section 34 says “subject to the provisions of this Chapter, a university shall be governed in accordance with the provisions of the Charter granted under this Act and statutes made by its Council.” I guess I am still going back to what I had amended earlier. We wanted to insert the words “or Letter of Interim Authority” after the word “Charter”. This is because of what I explained earlier."
