    "content": "Hon. Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the following new clause be inserted immediately after clause 13— Amendment of 13A. Section 51 of the principal Act is amended in section (2) (f) section 51 of No. 42 of 2012. by — (a) after inserting the words “or audit” immediately after the word “accreditation; and (b) deleting the word “state” appearing immediately the words “financial obligations”. Hon. Temporary Chairlady, this amendment is for the purpose of ensuring that the Commission is able to audit private universities to see if they meet set international standards. Thank you."
