Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clauses immediately after Clause 17― Amendment of the 7A The First Schedule to the principal Act is amended in First schedule of No. 42 of 2012. paragraph (4) by deleting the words “seven members, who shall include five appointed members” and substituting therefor the words “the chairperson and three other members”. Insertion of new 7B The principal Act is amended by inserting the following new schedule into No .42 of 2012. schedule immediately after the second schedule―"
