The Standing Order that deals with matters subjudice is Standing Order No. 92(4) which I think you also alluded to. I do not understand why my Chairman, the Senator for Embu County, will still insist for the Speaker to make a pronunciation on this matter when he is guided byStanding Order No. 92 (4) which says The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate"
