    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to second the Motion that the amendments by the National Assembly to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill (Senate Bill No. 6 of 2014) be now considered. In seconding the Motion, I urge the Senate to note and consider the concerns that in all amendments, the National Assembly has made provisions to leave out matters of devolution, that is, the county governments, Council of Governors (CoGs) and this House. Therefore, in that consideration, I urge this House to reject the amendments intoto. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to second."
