    "content": "Those amendments came to the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights and we incorporated them. We accepted nearly all the legislations, except the ones that were rejected, which are now before this House. Therefore, it is of no use for us to consider each clause because we had already rejected them. It will be a waste of time for the Senate. Therefore, we ask this House to reject consideration of this Motion. That is why the Speaker gave an elaborate procedure."
