    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, we will comply with your order and send the list of the 15 Members to the Joint Mediation Committee. I want to ask the bulk of the membership of this House that the 15 Members will come from our colleagues who are in the Delegated Legislation Committee because they know the history of this matter. Hon. Cheptumo and his team will be part of the Committee that will deal with this matter. Some of us have only read the Report, but the shoe wearers on the matter of the Kshs1 billion are the Members of the Delegated Legislation Committee. Therefore, the 15 Members to be appointed to the Joint Mediation Committee will be chosen from among the 29 Members of the Committee on Delegated Legislation. Thank you."
