    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. This is the second consecutive week the Prime Minister has not risen to address the House under the “Prime Minister’s Time”. Looking at the Order Paper, there is no indication that the Prime Minister is going to be here. Of greater concern is that as late as yesterday, the Leader of Government Business indicated that the Prime Minister would be here today to respond to some Ministerial Statements sought by hon. Members. Secondly, today is not an ordinary day in Kenya, because of the seriousness of the International Criminal Court (ICC) action. Given the seriousness with which the entire nation is waiting to see how the country is going to remain stable, the least we would have expected is for the Prime Minister to come here and tell Members of Parliament"
