    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is, indeed, very sad that we sit here as legislators. It is a basic principle of any trial that a suspect is first of all notified, not through the Press in such a high profile manner as has happened this afternoon, by a court of the charge against them. That is the basic principle of fair trial. We have seen it in this country before, when the Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs came up with a list of judges and, at the stroke of a pen, all the judges were forced to go home; there was no notification or prior information to them. Today, it has happened again."
