    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to associate myself with the views that have been expressed on the need for a very clear statement from the Government as to whether Kenya is still a sovereign Republic or it has become a banana republic. What is very clear even on matters that are supposed to be admissible in the eyes of everyone is that the ICC belongs to failed states. In fact, one of the articles states that some of the matters that have to be prosecuted there come from states which have a failed judiciary."
