I do not want to challenge your ruling but on a matter of this nature, I would have expected a Member of Parliament to stand and seek by way of Motion that the House may adjourn so that we discuss some matter of national importance. As it is, nobody has moved a Motion that the Government should respond or make any Statement. It has come by way of suggesting that the Prime Minister should be here which you have already ruled on. Other than that, there is no other Motion before the House that should force the Government to respond to any matter."
