    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, all we wanted to do is have a prescribed form of the instruments of accreditation and what the prescribed form shall be. In view of what you have just read out in the principal Act and the fact that the Commission has a mandate in the accreditation process, there is no harm in having both of them signing as the Chair of the Committee has proposed. We can have the Chair of the Commission sign and also the Cabinet Secretary or the Chairperson can sign once there is concurrence from the Cabinet Secretary."
