    "content": "“The Senate considered and passed the said Bill with amendments on Tuesday, 1st November, 2016.” As you may be aware, the House is scheduled to proceed on recess later today in accordance with the provisions of Standing Order No.28. Accordingly, I have directed that the Bill be read a First Time today as you may have noticed from the Supplementary Order Paper that has been circulated. Upon being read a First Time, the Bill will stand committed to the Departmental Committee on Health for consideration. I thank you. Let us move on to the next Order."
